All ECE Offices are on the same phone system. All of these phone numbers will reach a live person who will help you or transfer your call to someone at ECE that can.
Depending upon the type of support, our Application Engineers might launch, or schedule, a live net meeting so they can troubleshoot your issue while looking at your workstation.
Intergraph eCustomer Portal
As the Intergraph CADWorx and Analysis Solutions Global Network Partner in the USA, ECE has complete Access to their eCustomer service.
eCustomer is a web portal through which customers may submit technical support requests and find Intergraph CAS technical information. It enables users to enter questions and issues and have them entered into the eCustomer system. All of these requests for support will be automatically routed to ECE so that we can begin working on them. This is a great way to centralize support and product updates for your team.
It is easy to use eCustomer to log a Service Request (SR) for support.
