Well, this is exactly what ECE has been doing for years to help get projects started, worked on and completed for our CADWorx clients.
A lot of our customers leverage us to help them get projects kicked off and continue to use our resources in times of need. Our CADWorx Designers (Support Application Engineers) can jump in during any point in a project and provide immediate support. This work can be performed on-site at your office or if it makes sense we can perform the work from our office.
More often than not, we find the Mentoring and Design crosses with our Implementation and Training, and that is OK. Our CADWorx Designers know that if the infrastructure is not right they must stop and fix it before continuing. More important they will work with your staff to fix it so that they gain the knowledge to deal with similar issues in the future.
ECE performs this work in a mentoring fashion in an overall effort to improve overall project performance. Our number 1 goal is to make sure that our clients are successful with CADWorx and if that means helping them with project work from time to time, we do that.
