Intergraph eCustomer Portal

eCustomer is a web portal through which customers may submit technical support requests and find Intergraph CAS technical information. It enables users to enter questions and issues and have them entered into the eCustomer system. All of these requests for support will be automatically routed to ECE so that we can begin working on them. This is a great way to centralize support and product updates for your team.

It is easy to use eCustomer to log a Service Request (SR) for support.

Web Training

If you need a 'Jump Start' on CADWorx you don't have to look any further. You will up and running in just a few hours when one of our Application Engineers trains you over the internet one on one. Generally, this training is SPOT (Specific On Topic) training that can be covered over 2-3 session that add up to about 4 hours of service. CADWorx Training Center Classes

Take advantage of our state of the art training room in our Houston Office. You can come to one of our regularly scheduled classes or reserve the room and one of our Application Engineers for your own needs.

Our reoccurring training classes are designed to bring awareness to application features and functions as well as teach the effective use the latest CADWorx Plant and P&ID software, applied to plant design work. All our classes are the best of their kind, placing a very strong focus on plant design using well-developed real-world examples.
