Design Services
ECE can provide expert design and engineering services for your project. Think of us as an extension of your engineering group. Fabrication
ECE can provide expert fabrication services for your project. Already have a design? We can build from it. Need a new design? We can design it for you. From the smallest pushbutton station to multi-door enclosures to specialty designs, we can do it all to your exact specifications. Our extensive experience in UL standards, panel layout, component mounting, wiring, pneumatic piping and other fabrication techniques ensures that the final product is of the highest quality.
Testing
ECE tests all products once design and fabrication is complete. This includes a visual inspection of the panel, integrity of component mounting and integrity of wiring and cabling. A point-to-point check is performed to verify that all wiring is correct. A full power and burn-in tests are also conducted to verify that all components used in the project are wired and working properly. Additional tests that can be performed include F.A.T (Factory Accpetance Testing), simulations using computer software or test stands and full blown system tests using the customer field equipment. ECE is committed to quality and in making sure the final product meets all of our customers specifications before the panel is installed.
