LINKWorx assists in PID and Model synchronization. There are four sections to LINKWorx.
LINKWorx highlights P&ID lines for specific requirements such as stress systems or inspection systems. As a result, you will now visualize your P&ID projects in an easy to manage way.
LINKWorx authenticates your P&ID components to any corresponding components found in your Plant Model. Therefore, you have better insight into your project’s P&ID and Model synchronization. Because of this synchronization you gain better data integrity.
Creates and allows the user to export the drawings located the P&ID block library to a report. It allows the user to do mass changes to the blocks including text changes to the nochange or remove the nochange text style.
LINKWorx will show the xdata for a selected component to find the ID Count, Tag, or other data that is needed.

Highlighting P&IDs has been done for many years. We have different reasons for highlighting but typically this was always done with a physical print and an actual highlighter. Now we can use LINKWorx to highlight our P&IDs quickly and digitally.
The Style Manager sets the settings for each highlighter called a Group Style.
You set the Layer Name, Line Width, Transparency and Color for each highlighter.
Select the Style to change and set its properties.
Create categories to separate your highlighting needs. You can create as many categories as needed. Below you will see 3 examples; Inspection, Systems and Phases.
The plus folder icon, adds a Category. The delete folder icon, deletes a Category. The double arrows will refresh the listing.
Create Groups to separate highlighting styles in each category.
Below we have created 3 groups below the Systems Category; CD, STM, W
Add a group by right-click on the Category Name
Set the name of your Group
Select the line numbers that correspond to this group.
Right-click your new group and set the highlighter
Examples of different groups turned on are below:
