Intergraph has developed a new interface for the current eCustomer support system. The current eCustomer will ultimately be phased out over time and all support tickets will be generated via the new Smart Support (https://smartsupport.intergraph.com/) interface.
Smart Support has a much nicer user interface along with a user-friendly knowledge base system. If you are unable to find the answer to your question in the knowledge base then you can enter a “service request” as before. This will also be the location to find all Services Packs, Hotfixes and Freeware such as a standalone installation of the Specification Editor and the CADWorx 2014SP1 Object Enablers.
As always, you can call ECE design at 713-623-1502 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for all your support needs. However, the new ‘Smart Support’ System is a full self-service support system that some users may find attractive. The service requests that are entered through “Smart Support” will still be directed to ECE Design automatically for our ECE Customers.
