New Releases – Cyclone 9.3.1, REGISTER 360 1.5.1, and CloudWorx for Revit 2.2.2

Leica has just released software updates for Cyclone, REGISTER 360, and CloudWorx for Revit.

  • Bug Fixes – UX
    • Corrected a bug which caused points to be visible within pano images in JetStream Viewer when published from Cyclone using a Cyclone PUBLISHER Pro license. Issue existed only when viewing data published directly to JetStream Enterprise, not data published as an LGS file.
    • Improved results of the mixed pixel filter.
  • Bug Fixes – Importing
    • Corrected a mis-alignment issue with E57 files caused by large offsets within a project.
    • Corrected a bug which could cause files imported as E57s to appear incorrectly leveled.
    • Corrected a bug that could cause ZFS files to be imported with sparse data.
    • Corrected a bug which could cause incorrect rotation of PTX files upon import.
    • Corrected a bug which could prevent .blk files from being imported into Cyclone.
    • Corrected a bug where pre-registered ZFS files did not align correctly upon import.
  • Bug Fixes – Publishing
    • Corrected a bug which caused published E57 files to be much larger than expected.
    • Improved publishing speed for E57 files.
    • Improved publishing speed when writing from Cyclone to JetStream.
    • Improved speed of unifying point clouds.
    • Corrected a bug which mis-aligned clouds when publishing a ModelSpace to E57.
    • Corrected a bug which could cause publishing to JetStream to be slower in some cases.
    • Corrected a bug where publishing to JetStream would fail under certain circumstances involving users accounts.
    • Corrected a bug where Publishing to PTX, PTG or E57 would generate larger than expected files when exporting an edited point cloud.
    • Corrected a bug which could cause a compatablity issue between PTX files and ReCap.
    • Corrected a bug which could prevent LGS projects containing RTC360 data from publishing some images.
    • Corrected a bug where exporting PTX scans with large coordinates caused offset issues.

• Cyclone REGISTER360 1.5.1

  • Bug Fixes – UX
    • Corrected a bug which could cause the panoramic images from the RTC360 scanner to have defects in some cases.
    • Corrected a bug which could cause incorrect results from the mixed pixel filter.
    • Corrected a bug which caused files to be written to the default temp directory after setting the temp directory to another location.
    • Corrected a bug which could cause pixel anomalies during pano creation in some images.
  • Bug Fixes – Importing
    • Corrected a bug which caused duplicated import of BLK360 image files, for the first setup only.
    • Cyclone REGISTER 360 now supports importing of RTC360 data with a Nvidia GTX 1080 graphics card.
    • The error “(0 stations) were successfully imported” for RTC360 data, has be fixed by supporting graphic cards with more than 8 GB of video card memory.
  • Bug Fixes – Publishing
    • Corrected a bug which could prevent the user from selecting a storage location to publish to in Jetstream.
    • Corrected a bug which could prevent project containing multiple SiteMaps and Control from publishing to JetStream or as an LGS files.
