Communication with Intergraph is limited to their Intergraph Support Portal through which customers may submit technical support requests. It enables users to enter questions and issues they are having with the CADWorx & Analysis Solutions. All of these requests for support will be automatically routed to ECE and a Ticket will be opened in the the ECE Support Desk so that we can begin working on them.

NOTE: The preferred method of communication with ECE Design is through the ECE Help Desk (Direct at http://support.ecedesign.com, email or through our contact support form. If a case needs to be escalated to Intergraph, ECE will enter the case into Smart Support on your behalf.
